When I started ballet at 16, I was extremely inflexible.

I didn’t have my splits.


My extensions were low.
And stretching often felt confusing and frustrating.

I kept wondering:

Was I doing the wrong stretches?



Why were other dancers improving faster than me?

Everything changed when I stopped randomly stretching

and started following a structured system that combined strength,

flexibility, and consistency.

That method eventually helped me develop:

• stronger hips
• higher extensions
• more lifted arabesques
• longer, cleaner lines

And most importantly — confidence in my dancing.

Now I’ve organized everything I learned into Elevation Mobility.l

You don't need to stretch every day.

You simply follow the program:

5 days a week for two months.
